At Geejam Hotel & Resort, I own IT operations, infrastructure, security and end-user support across four properties, and supervise one direct report. I implemented Microsoft LAPS and a least-privilege administrative model, replacing shared local administrator passwords and verifying secure password retrieval before sign-off.
I designed an audit-before-deployment workflow for BitLocker that checks workstation TPM health and Group Policy settings, confirms recovery keys are stored in Active Directory, and produces CSV compliance reports. I also assessed lateral-movement risk and led an initiative to isolate critical systems through network segmentation.
I planned and led a 5G/fiber network upgrade from daisy-chain to star topology, coordinating installers and vendors against a project plan. After investigating recurring Wi-Fi complaints, I traced the cause to a faulty access point uplink running at Fast Ethernet, fixed it and documented prevention steps.
In my Microsoft Entra ID identity lab, I bulk-provisioned users and used PowerShell with Microsoft Graph to set HR attributes, create groups and test app permissions. I’m currently completing the SC-300 Identity and Access Administrator certification, with the exam planned for November 2026.
