I’m an Information Technology Manager who brings strong leadership, practical IT operations experience, and a security-first mindset to help organizations achieve and sustain their goals. I develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives, while keeping systems reliable, compliant, and aligned to business priorities.

In my current role at Access Financial Services Ltd., I manage and maintain all IT systems—hardware, software, networks, and servers—and ensure the security and integrity of the IT infrastructure. I lead and develop IT professionals through hiring, training, and performance management, while providing hands-on technical support and troubleshooting across desktop support and system administration.

Previously, as a Systems Administrator, I built resilience through Business Continuity Plans, run books, and tested recovery readiness. I configured and managed SQL Database Server backups with offsite log shipping using Veeam Backup and Replication, designed data protection using ISCSI and Network Attached Storage, and supported cloud archiving with Azure Cloud Services and Veeam.

I also have early-career depth from working at the Attorney General’s Chambers as an Information Technology Specialist, where I supported phased ICT implementation, automated backup drives, and managed enterprise services like Group Policy Objects and Microsoft Exchange 2013 Server. Alongside hands-on work with Fortinet Security Fabric, Windows Servers, Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager, and virtualization (Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware), I’m backed by Microsoft 365 Fundamentals and Microsoft Security Operations Analyst training—and I’m actively learning new programming languages and open-sourced technologies.
