What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to contribute to product planning and user research in a collaborative environment.

I am an IT professional with hands-on experience in systems and network support, IT project coordination, and user-focused service delivery. My background includes providing daily support for network infrastructure and end-user systems, coordinating internal IT projects, and contributing to product improvement through user feedback and testing.

Currently pursuing a Master's in Information Systems with a focus on Cybersecurity and Information Assurance, I am actively seeking a transition into a Product Assistant role. I am eager to leverage my skills in project coordination, user research, and agile delivery to contribute effectively to product planning and development.
