I’m an HR leader with over 15 years of hands-on experience supporting businesses through growth, change, and transformation. Across Africa and the Middle East, I partner closely with executives on talent, performance, rewards, and organizational effectiveness, using a pragmatic, people-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
As Head of HR at Transmed, Africa, I lead HR operations across multiple entities, align HR initiatives to regional strategy, and build leadership capability through talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, and compliance. Previously, as a Regional HR Manager at Mondi Group (MENA) and HR Manager in Lebanon, I built end-to-end HR functions, delivered executive and leadership coaching programs, and managed Group HR processes including HRIS, employee engagement actions, payroll, insurance, restructuring, and succession planning.
