What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support customers, manage administrative tasks, moderate content, and use my English-Portuguese communication skills in a flexible, organized work environment.

I maintain platform integrity at Wisebits by reviewing user content and ensuring it meets platform guidelines and quality standards.

I've supported English- and Portuguese-speaking customers at CarloCasino, handling inquiries and translating documents and customer communications between both languages.
