I’m a results-driven Technical Project Manager and Data Analyst with 1+ years of experience leading teams and managing educational and program initiatives. I’m known for planning, scheduling, clear stakeholder communication, and solving problems under pressure so deliverables stay on track.

In my current Technical Project Manager role, I manage end-to-end planning and execution of 50 interactive learning sessions for groups of 10–15 participants. I coordinate schedules, resources, and communications with 30+ staff, track milestones and participant progress in spreadsheets, and maintain a 95% on-time completion rate while using a structured feedback system to continuously improve program quality.

I’ve also delivered results in a customer-facing Executive role, where I achieved and exceeded monthly sales targets by acquiring individual and corporate account holders through proactive outreach. I managed customer onboarding including KYC documentation, account opening, and product orientation, while resolving queries and complaints to maintain customer satisfaction and tracking daily sales performance.

Earlier, I worked as a Data Analyst in the pharmaceutical industry, where I collected, cleaned, and analyzed production and operational data to support efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. I built reports and dashboards for management and provided data-driven insights for process optimization, backed by practical web development learning in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive UI work.
