I’m a Business Intelligence and Data Analytics professional with experience analyzing high-volume digital campaign data in telecommunications and Internet services. I focus on turning raw data into actionable insights that support data-driven decision making.

In my role as a Digital campaigns Analyst, I acted as the primary point of contact for top-tier commercial banks supporting their digital communication strategies via SMS campaigns. I trained bank personnel on SMS campaign portals, delivered daily and monthly performance reporting, and ensured regulatory compliance and data integrity in all outbound messaging campaigns.

I’ve coordinated, monitored, and optimized digital campaigns using USSD, bulk SMS, SMS games, emails, and CRBT. By liaising with software engineers, clients, and the group marketing manager, I helped execute highly targeted marketing initiatives based on daily and monthly performance insights.

Before that, as a Client Relations Officer, I managed customer relationships to improve satisfaction and support loyalty programs. I also tracked daily sales metrics and customer feedback, collaborating with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and better service delivery.
