What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level data role where I can use analytics, dashboards, and reporting to improve operational performance, reporting accuracy, and decision-making.

I supported the Department of Town and Country Planning in Gaborone by organising planning datasets, preparing internal reports, and helping teams retrieve information from planning records and digital datasets.

I've built Power BI dashboards, R-based analytics applications, MongoDB database structures, and a Python website with backend logic and data handling. I'm focused on using data to improve reporting accuracy, operational performance, and decision-making.
