As Director of Marketing (2022–Present) at XPAND Sports, I oversee product development from strategy to launch, designing, testing, and launching a successful platform. I also execute marketing funnels to drive scale—delivering 5M+ monthly impressions—and improve sales and onboarding, achieving $0.64 average customer acquisition cost, a 15% CTR, and a 5% conversion rate.
Previously as Head of Product Development (2020–2022) at RONIN Content | ALTRD.TV, I helped develop a world-first web3 powered “watch-to-earn” CTV business model. I supported rebrand and rebuilt sales funnels for native and Education programmatic ad packages across an OTT platform, and I assisted in licensing and distribution of new content across our and partner platforms.
Earlier, I led end-to-end go-to-market execution by implementing CRM systems and creating sales funnels for new products, driving more than $1.2M in revenue. I also developed engaging vertical campaigns, oversaw distribution to more than 140 retail locations, and managed multiple in-house brands—helping drive a climb from a $600k deficit to a $1M MRR surplus pre-IPO.
