What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an administrative role where I can coordinate schedules and events, produce clear reports, and keep electronic records organized and confidential—using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to support daily operations.

I support the Program Director at Georgia Gwinnett College by coordinating schedules, preparing documents, and streamlining departmental operations with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. I also handle logistics for program events like Grizzly Orientation and Preview Days, and I draft and distribute departmental newsletters via Outlook.

Before that, I delivered front-office administrative support at Harbins Elementary School, preparing daily Excel reports and communicating student attendance, progress, and behavioral observations while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. I’ve also managed remote customer inquiries as a Community Specialist (Contract) and supported HR and management onboarding at Amazon.
