What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an administrative operations role where I can coordinate communications, records, schedules, and office workflows while supporting people in a busy, service-focused environment.

I've supported daily operations at Independent School District 882, serving students, families, staff, administrators, and community members in a busy elementary school office.

I coordinate calendars, meetings, transportation, attendance, records, newsletters, website updates, and time-sensitive communications while protecting confidential information. I also support purchasing, invoices, events, and special projects using Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Skyward, and Canva.

My experience also includes managing front desk workflows at St. Cloud Ear, Nose and Throat and providing administrative support at the St. Cloud Police Department. I bring careful documentation, sound judgment, and strong follow-through to high-volume public-facing environments.
