Optimized OSPF routing and implemented DHCP Snooping and HRSTP to address recurring network congestion and improve wireless stability. Built HQ-to-Vietnam SD-WAN, reducing monthly WAN costs by ~9,000 RMB while maintaining uninterrupted production and office operations, and ensured zero downtime via UPS and dual-power redundancy for critical systems.

Planned and designed server, rack, and switch configurations, producing rack diagrams and management documentation. Maintained 1,000+ physical servers, performing hardware stress tests (stress, memtest, fio, sysbench, iperf) and using Zabbix/Grafana to monitor CPU, memory, disk usage, and switch traffic for timely issue resolution.

Managed and maintained 1,000+ hosts using Zabbix, Grafana, and Prometheus, improving stability by resolving disk and system resource issues. Planned and optimized VMware for 20 projects, deployed Redis/MySQL/Nginx/Nacos middleware, and built microservices using Docker and Kubernetes.
