VMware full stack, Network, Storage, K8s, Windows and Linux/Unix.

At Dell China Co., Ltd., I planned and deployed a 32-rack small data center and built a VMware vCloud-based platform for centralized resource management and on-demand allocation. It was later upgraded and is now used as a shared production environment by the Dell Asia-Pacific training organization.

I delivered training in Linux, Windows Server, VMware VCF, and Dell/EMC storage, and oversaw day-to-day operations and performance management of the China Technical Training team. Earlier at Visheng Technology, I designed a dual-controller storage architecture using Fusion-io caching and InfiniBand interconnect.

At EMC Shanghai R&D Center, I validated EMC storage and virtualization practices and produced technical white papers published on Powerlink; this work contributed to Citigroup’s purchase of VNX products. My background also includes storage and host-connectivity troubleshooting, technical support, and network engineering.
