What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Systems / Infrastructure Operations Engineer role in Hong Kong. I'm available for Hong Kong work visa sponsorship.

At Dell Technologies, I delivered end-to-end support for VxRail, vSphere, and VCF, troubleshooting from PowerEdge hardware through VMware to Kubernetes platforms. I performed root cause analysis and authored network and system troubleshooting articles that ranked in the top 10% for usage.

As a Technical Support Engineer at Wicresoft Co., Ltd. (Microsoft line of business), I maintained Windows Server and Linux hosts and diagnosed system, network, and performance issues. I also supported Azure VM and VMSS operations and guided SQL Server users through ETL, SSIS, clustering, and performance-tuning issues.

I'm currently studying RHEL system administration on the RHCE track, VMware VCP-DCV certification courses, Kubernetes operations, Ansible automation, and CI/CD. I'm targeting a Systems / Infrastructure Operations Engineer role in Hong Kong and am available for Hong Kong work visa sponsorship.
