What I'm looking for

I’m open to L&D, People Operations, HR Operations, and Knowledge Management—especially remote roles. I want to build from scratch: hiring pipelines, training programs, and knowledge bases that scale, not just maintain what already exists.

I bring over 11 years in education and EdTech, where I learned that scaling teams hinges on the systems behind hiring, training, evaluation, and support. I build the people-operational foundations that help teams move faster with clarity and consistency.

At Novakid, I built data-driven QA workflows, redesigned teacher training using complaint analytics, and implemented automation that cut case processing time from 3+ days to 1 day—saving 20+ hours per employee per month. I also standardized complaint handling procedures and led educator hiring using Recruitee, hiring 100+ teachers over 2 years.

Previously at Happy English, I led L&D and operations from the ground up: I created a Notion-based company knowledge base across 14 offices, designed competency frameworks for evaluation and career growth, and managed scheduling and workload for 150+ students. I’m most effective when building something from scratch—like a hiring pipeline, training program, or knowledge base.
