At WANO Moscow Centre, I identified an unaddressed structural competency gap and initiated a redesign of the qualification framework for role-specific competency, training, assessment, and certification.

I'm building role-based checklists and qualification pathways, reactivating the LMS, and designing practical learning materials for nuclear-industry programs. I also created a reusable AI-assisted JavaScript certification workflow that saves 1.5 hours per event and eliminates manual data-entry errors.

Before WANO, I co-founded SnapTap, a B2B influencer marketing micro-agency serving enterprise clients including Tinkoff Bank, X5 Group, Samokat, and Skillbox. I managed needs analysis, campaign briefs, negotiation, delivery risk, and 3–5 concurrent campaigns each week across a network of 450+ creators.

I'm completing a degree in Educational Psychology and use AI-accelerated workflows to design, prototype, pilot, and ship learning solutions end-to-end.
