What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow into an L&D leadership role where I can shape learning strategy and develop teams—building corporate platforms, learning roadmaps from diagnostics, and measurable programs that close real skill gaps.

I’m an L&D professional with 6 years of experience building corporate learning systems from the ground up for organizations of 2,000+ employees. I currently run a learning platform with 127 active modules and 11 comprehensive programs, focusing on measurable learning impact and operational alignment.

I translate competency diagnostics into prioritized learning roadmaps and partner directly with department heads to close skill gaps. In my recent role, I helped achieve a 77% average course completion rate and contributed to 152 employees being recommended for promotion (out of 895 diagnostics conducted), while also delivering large-scale onboarding for 1,000+ employees within 1 month.

I enjoy ownership—whether it’s growing a corporate knowledge base to 300+ articles, co-developing gamification (corporate currency, rating system, branded merchandise), or building HR dashboard systems to track engagement and learning metrics. I’m now looking to grow into an L&D leadership role with a strong focus on learning strategy and team development.
