I’m a dependable, motivated professional with experience across early childhood education, food service, retail, and employee training. I bring strong communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to work in fast-paced environments where maintaining speed and accuracy matters. I’m at my best when I can coach others and build positive relationships with both customers and families.

As a Certified Trainer at Chipotle Mexican Grill, I train and mentor new employees on food preparation, safety standards, and customer service. I demonstrate proper procedures to support consistency and quality, and I assist with daily operations including line service, cash handling, and digital orders (DML). I provide ongoing coaching and feedback while maintaining high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and guest experience—especially during high-volume peak service hours.

Before that, I strengthened my customer-facing and operational skills as a Retail Associate at TJ Maxx. I assisted customers with purchases, operated the cash register, maintained accurate transactions, supported inventory management and restocking, and kept merchandise displays organized and visually appealing. I also bring hands-on teaching experience as a Lead Teacher and Assistant Teacher, where I planned and implemented age-appropriate lesson plans and supported classroom routines, safety, and parent communication.

From 2021 to present, I’ve also managed childcare, dog sitting, and house cleaning as a self-employed household care provider, coordinating schedules, routines, and safety for multiple families. I volunteer with Vantage Mobility International, supporting administrative and customer coordination tasks and helping plan fundraising events. I’m committed to continuous growth, and I’m currently in progress with a Real Estate License through Aceable Agent.
