I’ve worked as a Lead Infant / Toddler Teacher in a licensed childcare setting, providing attentive care and active supervision in a safe, structured classroom. I plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities to support social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development, while keeping routines, cleanliness, and health and safety standards on track.
I communicate professionally with families about daily experiences, needs, progress, and development. I also observe children’s behavior and development, then use those observations to support individualized care and learning.
Before that, I built strong organization and communication skills through about 4 years as a Stay-at-Home Parent / Household Manager. I’ve also done customer service work in fast-paced environments (Bakery & Subway), handling multiple tasks while staying accurate, efficient, and team-focused.
