What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a supportive early childhood team where I can lead classroom routines, create engaging lesson plans, and use daily observations/DRDP to guide each child’s growth.

I’m an experienced early childhood educator and Lead Teacher who enjoys building a safe, engaging classroom routine while supporting each child’s development. In my roles, I’ve balanced daily supervision with thoughtful planning, observations, and consistent documentation using DRDP forms.

Over time, I’ve led classrooms and partnered closely with families—conducting observations, completing yearly educational evaluations, creating lesson plans, and scheduling parent meetings to keep everyone aligned. I’m especially hands-on with learning activities and classroom care, including toileting/diaper changing, restocking supplies, organizing learning materials, and maintaining clean, sanitized spaces.

Beyond education, I’ve developed strong people skills through customer-facing work—serving, cashiering, training new employees, and delivering feedback to leadership. I also completed an Affordable Housing Management certificate with training and mentorship focused on multi-family unit management and tenant processes, reflecting my commitment to structured, responsibility-driven work.
