I am a PMP certified Project Manager and the Head of the Project Management Office (PMO) with over 20 successfully implemented projects. My expertise lies in utilizing well-known project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile Scrum, ensuring that projects are delivered within the triple constraints of time, budget, and scope. I have developed over 60 standard and customized templates for various project management activities, which have streamlined processes across multiple projects.

Throughout my career, I have managed a diverse range of computing and networking projects for esteemed organizations, including Nib International Bank and the National Bank of Ethiopia. My role has involved overseeing full-scale implementations of banking software and managing complex projects that require meticulous planning and execution.
