What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow through opportunities in AI, software development, investment, business, and project management while applying my finance, client relationship, and project implementation experience.

I've spent 13 years at the Development Bank of Ethiopia supporting project financing, loan processing, business analysis, and project monitoring. As Project Follow-up Team Manager, I lead follow-ups that improved loan collection and support clients with project expansion and additional loan processing.

I have managed more than 50 successful feasibility assessments, contributing to an 80% funding approval rate. I also led a team to achieve client satisfaction 30% above target in 2021 and increased loan recovery by 20% in my first year managing the follow-up team.

With an MBA, training in AI and data analytics, and a foundation in textile engineering, I'm committed to continuous learning across business, project management, investment, and software development.
