I've led delivery for fintech products including the Dashen Bank Super App, StarPay Payment Gateway, Gift Ethiopia, and CBE Connect, coordinating technical, product, compliance, and banking stakeholders from planning through launch and post-deployment support.

At Eaglelion System Technology, I manage high-priority fintech initiatives and produce the project foundations that keep teams aligned: Statements of Work, Statements of Objectives, functional specification documents, project plans, communication strategies, and program strategy. I also contributed to Dashen Bank Super App operational readiness and stakeholder engagement.

Previously at Atlas Computer Technology, I led the design and implementation of a school management system, improved a fee aggregation system, defined product requirements and roadmaps, and identified market opportunities to expand client portfolios.

My technical background spans IT operations, networks, and software development. I've also built and deployed AI web applications with React, Next.js, Firebase, OpenAI, Pinecone, LangChain, Stripe, and Vercel, bringing practical engineering context to product and project leadership.
