What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my project management, engineering, and sales development experience to innovative work that strengthens client relationships, supports quality delivery, and creates opportunities to grow.

I'm currently managing private projects, prioritizing tasks across multiple initiatives based on urgency, resource availability, and organizational goals.

I plan, design, and schedule project phases while meeting deadlines without sacrificing build quality or workplace safety. I also establish clear communication among team members to support collaboration and successful completion.

At MMCY Tech, I handled high volumes of calls, collaborated with sales teams on target-reaching strategies, tracked sales progress, and generated leads through networking events and trade shows.

I began my professional experience at Winner Construction, supporting project development through research, analysis, technical documentation, engineering solutions, troubleshooting, and adherence to safety standards. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Addis Ababa University.
