I investigate compromised accounts, phishing, refund abuse, and fake identity creation for a global gaming client through iEnergizer Ltd.

I analyze login trends, IP history, and behavioral anomalies to identify unauthorized access and escalate high-risk cases with detailed documentation.

I handle more than 100 customer emails each day for account ownership and restoration, balancing accurate resolutions with a high-pressure support environment.

I also collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Product teams on fraud policies, manual audits, and detection-rule improvements that reduce false positives.
