As a Master’s student at Azerbaijan State Technical University (AzTU), I’m building on my Information Technology background and practical experience in data analytics.

As a Data Analytics Intern / Trainee, I analyzed datasets to identify trends, resolve data inconsistencies, and support decision-making. I also used advanced Excel functions and analytical tools to troubleshoot issues and improve reporting efficiency.

I’m seeking to deliver customer experiences and technical support as a Junior IT Support Specialist at Touch Support. I’m motivated to learn Linux and Windows Server environments, and I’m ready to work afternoon or night shifts.
