I’m a detail-oriented and adaptable IT Specialist with strong analytical thinking and a passion for solving technical challenges. I focus on efficient IT operations while continuously improving my skills to support end-users and systems reliably.

In my current role, I provide L1/L2 IT support for end-users—handling hardware, software, and network issues—while managing Active Directory (users, groups, permissions, and GPO). I also support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive) and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (DNS, DHCP, basic services), working through a ticketing system with SLA compliance in mind.

Previously, I worked in technical support where I performed computer formatting, setup, and software installation, and handled networking tasks including DNS, DHCP, and VPN. I added computers to the domain, managed user accounts in Active Directory, and delivered remote troubleshooting using tools like Dameware and TeamViewer, while installing and maintaining printers and shared network devices.

I’m also comfortable across platforms and network configurations—supporting Windows (10, 11), Windows Server (2008–2019), macOS, and multiple Linux distributions (Fedora, Ubuntu, CentOS, Kali). I bring a problem-solving approach, attention to detail, strong communication, and time management to every environment, speaking Russian (C2), Azerbaijani (Native), and English (B1).
