At Holberton School, I support students working on Linux, networking, and cybersecurity labs in onsite and remote learning environments. I also review learning materials and labs for accuracy, functionality, and usability.
At ASE Express, I provided onsite IT support for users across two offices, supporting Active Directory, file sharing, and routine infrastructure operations. I also maintained camera and access-control systems.
At Carlsberg Azerbaijan, I provided Service Desk support to 150–200 users and deployed PCs, printers, and Cisco switches. I built a Graylog server as an independent IT project and contributed to a Microsoft Autopilot rollout and a server-room infrastructure mapping project.
