What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in IT infrastructure, system administration, network troubleshooting, and user support while applying my C# and SQL background to automation, database management, and reliable IT operations.

I'm currently supporting TourMed MMC's day-to-day IT operations, providing first- and second-level Helpdesk support for workstations, laptops, printers, and office equipment.

I install, configure, and update Windows operating systems, MS Office, and corporate software. I also maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, router, and switch connectivity while troubleshooting network issues.

I manage user accounts, access permissions, backups, and basic IT security protocols to help keep systems dependable and secure.

As a fourth-year Computer Engineering student at Azerbaijan Technical University, I'm building on my background in computer networks, operating systems, database management, C#, SQL, and software engineering through academic projects in database design, C# applications, and network configuration.
