I’m trained in fraud awareness, risk and compliance protocols, and data security, with a consistent record of maintaining accuracy, discretion, and professionalism. I’m PCI DSS certified and HIPAA certified, and I’ve completed compliance curriculum covering BSA/AML, OFAC/CIP, Regulation E, UDAAP, and enterprise risk management.
