What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead client implementations and software delivery, partnering directly with stakeholders to turn priorities into clear roadmaps, scoped releases, and accountable team execution.

At HCutt, I run client software engagements across automotive remarketing, gaming, e-commerce, and sports technology. I work directly with client leadership on scope, roadmaps, release priorities, and weekly status.

I currently lead delivery for Spoker, a poker and fantasy sports platform, and PHYNX, a CRM for Nationwide Remarketing and CarBidNow. I keep engineering, design, and stakeholders aligned while managing more than one client engagement at a time.

I build practical delivery systems, including Azure DevOps boards, ranked backlogs, sprint commitments, and same-day work items from client-call decisions. I also handle QuickBooks bookkeeping, ADP billing, and Microsoft 365 administration for the agency.

Outside client work, I lead operations for The Tavern Twitch community, rebuilt its Shopify merch store, and launched TavernQuest's Discord community for an indie browser RPG. I also volunteer as a Guide Dogs for the Blind puppy raiser and run a nine-member book club.
