I seek full-remote project, operations or delivery roles in digital-first teams where I can drive efficiency, governance, and measurable results through structured reporting and stakeholder coordination.

I am a project and operations manager with a technical engineering foundation and hands-on experience coordinating multi-site retail and industrial projects.

I combine predictive (Waterfall) planning with Agile principles to keep projects on time, on budget, and aligned to quality standards, while continuously adapting to change.

My background includes supplier and stakeholder coordination, CAD/CAM support, operational data collection, KPI reporting and process optimization across multidisciplinary teams.
