@kylawilson
I’m an Experience Manager who improves guest experiences through training, safety, and operational excellence.
What I'm looking for
I’ve built my career at The Walt Disney Company across roles from QSR Attendant to Experience leadership, with assignments spanning 2011–2016 and 2019–present. In a temporary Experience Manager assignment (June 2025–September 2025) at All-Star Movies Resort, I bridge communications between leaders and cast members by creating pre-shift notes, recreating communication boards, and running post-meals after restaurant closure.
I reintroduced proper hold times for food items and taught cast members how to look/sseek out proper food quality, while also assisting with step-by-procedural opening and closing checklist creation. I also serve as a Food and Beverage Coordinator/Trainer and Seater & Assignor, contributing to training guides, opening/running/closing side work, safety committee efforts, cashier balance and accurate till records, and guest-first problem resolution—while working with food allergens, including the top 9. Alongside this, I teach with Orange County Public Schools (August 2017–current), collaborating with staff to meet student needs, and I hold an MBA (Minor: Human Resource) earned in 2024.
