At Accenture, I provide end-to-end PMO support for a newly mobilized SAP AMS engagement spanning 12+ functional workstreams, with governance oversight across three other technology teams.
I manage resource planning and workforce administration, and support release management by tracking deployment readiness, patch timelines, and build status. I also maintain financial and change governance processes, including Change Requests and weekly Change Control Board releases.
I contributed directly to shifting the project’s delivery status from Red to Green within its first year of go-live. I introduced structured SLA-breach escalations, reinforced time-compliance processes, and redesigned client reporting so discussions could focus on strategic priorities.
