At JTI GBS Philippines, I lead enterprise SAP testing and delivery workstreams for strategic releases and transformation programs, guiding planning, governance, readiness, and stakeholder alignment.
I've coordinated global teams, consultants, vendors, business stakeholders, and IT groups across SAP regression testing, OneERP integration, SAP SuccessFactors migration, and AI-for-testing initiatives. I manage test strategy, defects, risks, dependencies, quality metrics, release readiness, and executive reporting.
Across Indra and Accenture, I delivered testing, release management, SAP support, close-accounting operations, and PMO support for global programs. I bring hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Agile delivery, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
