I am a detail-oriented IT and administrative support professional with hands-on experience in small business operations, technical troubleshooting, property maintenance, and caregiving. I combine strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to support daily operations and serve clients and families with professionalism and empathy.

At J&B Rental I set up and managed email communications, assisted with IT device and software setup, troubleshot connectivity issues, maintained digital records, and supported apartment turnovers and maintenance—demonstrating reliability through long-term commitment. I have also provided private family caregiving, administering medications, supporting mobility and personal care, and offering infant care with patience and attention to detail.

Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography to transition into healthcare imaging while leveraging my administrative and patient-care experience. I bring confidentiality, adaptability, and a collaborative ethos to roles that require both technical aptitude and compassionate service.
