Served as sole legal lead for a fast-moving multi-jurisdictional Web3 venture environment, including legal leadership for international contracting, IP protection, and cross-regional collaboration. Provided business-focused risk and regulatory-strategy guidance covering GDPR/data retention and EU AI Act compliance and governance/operational structuring.

Provided pro bono legal advisory for X-School of Future starting in 2022.

Served as sole in-house counsel for a medical devices manufacturer, negotiating and closing high-value cross-border supply, manufacturing, sourcing, and distribution agreements. Advised on EU public procurement regulations and drafted, reviewed, and finalized international contracts with milestone compliance monitoring.

Ran an independent legal consultancy end-to-end, building and operating a legal function for startups and scaling companies. Drafted, reviewed, and negotiated commercial, service, supply, consulting, licensing, and manufacturing agreements across EU/UK/US jurisdictions and managed full contract lifecycle management, dispute resolution, and external counsel.

Provided pro bono legal advisory for the Krowdz Blockchain Project from 2022 to 2023.

Negotiated and closed multi-million-euro automotive contracts and managed cross-border framework, supply, distribution, manufacturing, licensing, and logistics agreements. Advised on international logistics and freight-forwarding contract terms, and supported R&D with IP licensing and joint development agreements.

Acted as sole counsel for legal and compliance across the EMEA region, running the function day-to-day while coordinating with U.S. leadership and external counsel. Negotiated and drafted cross-jurisdictional supply, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, and customer agreements, and led GDPR readiness and FCPA/anti-corruption guidance.

Negotiated and executed distribution and supply agreements across the Russia and CIS region and led ethics-compliance training for distributors. Conducted multi-framework due diligence (including regulatory, quality, legal, and export) and supported product registration and tender activities.
