What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an EdTech role where I can strengthen inclusive digital learning adoption through customer success, training, and cross-partner coordination—helping schools use assistive and learning technologies effectively while improving outcomes.

I’m an Education and EdTech professional with over 8 years of experience supporting digital learning initiatives, ICT integration, and teacher capacity building across Ghana. I’ve worked with UNICEF-supported projects, the Ministry of Education, schools, development partners, and EdTech providers to improve learning outcomes and educational access.

In my current role as a Customer Success Officer on a UNICEF/BlueUnicon Project Ghana, I support inclusive digital learning solutions across schools by facilitating onboarding and training for educators and school leaders, providing technical and user support, and monitoring feedback to continuously improve adoption of assistive and educational technologies. Previously, as an ICT Component Coordinator for SEIP (CENDLOS), I led nationwide ICT and digital learning initiatives in Senior High Schools, coordinated infrastructure deployment, and organized large-scale professional development for technology integration—working closely with contractors, project teams, and government institutions.
