At Audience Connect Services, I lead digital strategy, business analysis and implementation engagements, turning client problems into business cases, requirements documents and delivery plans. I coordinate developers, UI/UX specialists and external vendors across software, web and digital transformation projects.
For Boctrust Microfinance Bank’s Digital Banking/Loan Application, I developed the business case, project proposal and BRD, and acted as the communication bridge between stakeholders and the development team. I coordinated requirements clarification, sprint reviews, QA and mock UAT, and supported final client UAT; the platform is now used for day-to-day digital loan processing.
Earlier, at Comcity Technologies Limited and Netwaters Nigeria Limited, I managed web and digital project delivery and built and maintained WordPress websites. At Computer Warehouse Group (CWG), I prepared network connectivity diagrams and technical drawings using Microsoft Visio.
