I’m a Sales & Customer Relations Executive with experience managing day-to-day sales operations in the jewellery segment. I focus on customer handling, product guidance, and strong service to support repeat business.

In my current role, I manage customer relationships end-to-end—handling gold purity testing, supporting product selection, and advising purchase decisions. I also coordinate inventory and maintain sales documentation, ensuring smooth business operations.

I bring a service-first mindset strengthened by real communication and negotiation practice. I enjoy building long-term trust through professional support and clear guidance at every step of the customer journey.

I’m also committed to learning and structured execution. I earned an SEBI Investor Certification Examination (held on 23 June 2024) and previously designed an “Android Calculator Application,” collaborating with a team to implement app logic and workflows.
