At Deloitte, I won the internal AI Hackathon with an AI- and automation-enabled solution that’s now being adopted firm-wide. I also delivered an automated Excel-based Growth reporting solution that eliminated redundant reporting and manual consolidation.

I partnered with senior stakeholders to scope automation opportunities, delivered an automation project for a public sector health body in Ireland, and identified processes for a potential second phase. I also led requirements elicitation for cross-functional analytics initiatives and standardised executive reporting through Salesforce and Power BI.

At Percipere Consulting, I led functional analysis across 60+ RPA and process improvement initiatives and mentored three junior Business Analysts. My process redesign work included SAP Purchase Order workflows, increasing order throughput by 15% while reducing manual effort by 80% through automation.

At Vedantu Innovations, I led implementation of internal HR workflow automation that reduced employee support queries by 80%.
