I'm looking to lead business analysis and delivery for enterprise transformation, AI-enabled platforms, and data-driven automation where I can own work from requirements through UAT and optimisation.

At ESW, I lead Salesforce migration and AI-enabled ITSM initiatives across the organisation and 150+ external clients. I delivered a zero-downtime Salesforce cutover, built automation that saved 50+ hours per week, and launched a Copilot Studio agent that deflected 1,300+ queries.

Previously at Clean Energy Associates and UberEATS, I built Power BI reporting, forecasting models, ML-enabled QA platforms, and Python automations that improved decision-making, reduced defects, and created measurable savings.
