At Tata Consultancy Services, I manage production operations for critical banking and financial services applications, investigating incidents and change requests end-to-end through ServiceNow. I monitor application and infrastructure health in Geneos and coordinate with application, infrastructure, and database teams to protect business continuity.
I validate and reconcile banking and regulatory data using SQL, TOAD, MySQL, Axiom UI, and SFTP, while monitoring overnight batch processing through TWS and SAP PRD. I also build Power BI and Excel dashboards for incident volumes, SLA performance, and batch status, and received a TCS On-the-Spot Award for my production operations contribution.
