I'm currently supporting TCS BaNCS financial-services production and UAT environments, working with stakeholders including Vanguard Wealth Management, ABN AMRO, Bank of Scotia, and Sumitomo Mitsui. As a SPOC for Sumitomo Mitsui Bank, I coordinate incidents, service requests, changes, problem management, and client communication through ServiceNow.
I've also administered Linux and RHEL servers for Tata Communications, handling access management, OS patching, RHEL 8.1-to-9.8 upgrades, monitoring, troubleshooting, and DC/DR drills. I use SQL-based validation and ITIL-aligned processes to help resolve issues quickly and minimize business impact.
