Led KT/go-live/hypercare with transition governance (RACI/RAID, escalation matrices, sign-offs) and ensured partner connectivity, checkpoint-restart, ACK/NACK monitoring, and audit-ready runbooks.

Performed QA and testing for Mastercard GCMS payments clearing and interchange quality, validating batch-driven clearing across multiple regions, products, and scenarios.
