I focus on end-to-end program lifecycle management, Agile/SAFe delivery, and enterprise stakeholder alignment up to CXO level, leading cross-functional teams across distributed environments.
At Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd, I lead large-scale FinTech platform programs spanning prepaid cards, vendor payments, fleet management closed-loop solutions, and enterprise spend management. I set up program governance with risk management, release planning, dependency tracking, and CXO-level communications across banking partners, product, engineering, QA, and compliance—so payment processing stays seamless and regulatory requirements are met.
In my Cloud Transformation work with Tata Consultancy Services (PwC), I delivered a major productivity migration from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace. I managed a phased pilot-to-cut-over strategy on schedule with zero missed deadlines, ensuring business continuity and minimal downtime while coordinating change management, user communications, IT infrastructure, licensing optimization, and domain/DNS reconfiguration.
