I'm looking for an HR, background screening, or compliance-focused role where I can manage accurate, privacy-conscious casework, support cross-border operations, and grow my recruitment and regulatory compliance experience.

At Smart Screen Asia, I manage end-to-end employment, education, and identity background verification for corporate clients across Malaysia, Indonesia, and South Korea. I validate documents, conduct Malay and English reference checks, and deliver accurate screening reports within client turnaround times and PDPA 2010 requirements.

Previously, I exceeded a banking recovery target by 136% at Kudrat Partners & Co. while maintaining zero regulatory violations across 50+ accounts. My HR internship at Vertis Digital also gave me hands-on experience coordinating recruitment, interviews, onboarding documentation, and employee records across Malaysia, Singapore, and India.
