What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Customer Service role where I can solve inquiries and complaints quickly, manage accurate records, and support smooth day-to-day operations—while building long-term, reliable, detail-oriented service.

I’m a customer-focused graduate with a Bachelor of Education in Library and Information Science, supported by hands-on experience through SIWES at the Osun State Library Board. During my placement, I assisted an average of 15 visitors per day, resolving inquiries and directing people to the correct information or resource.

I respond to questions and complaints directly, maintain accurate records and documentation with “zero reported errors,” and support day-to-day administrative activities to reduce visitor wait times during peak hours. I work closely with staff to ensure smooth operations, clear communication, and consistent service quality.
