What I'm looking for

I am seeking a Customer Service or Virtual Assistant role where I can apply my communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills while delivering excellent support and continuing to grow professionally.

I’m a customer-focused graduate with a Bachelor of Education in Library and Information Science, supported by hands-on experience through SIWES at the Osun State Library Board. During my placement, I assisted an average of 15 visitors per day, resolving inquiries and directing people to the correct information or resource.

I respond to questions and complaints directly, maintain accurate records and documentation with “zero reported errors,” and support day-to-day administrative activities to reduce visitor wait times during peak hours. I work closely with staff to ensure smooth operations, clear communication, and consistent service quality.

I completed my SIWES at a State Library, where I assisted with cataloging books, and arranging library materials systematically. I also organized and maintained physical and digital documents for easy retrieval. I also did supported daily administrative activities including record keeping and file organization. Assisted with data entry and updating of library records and user information.
