I produced instructional videos with Vyond and Camtasia, published content through the LMS, and developed storyboards, simulations, and assessments. I also conducted learning needs analyses and user acceptance testing.
As Senior Lock Desk Specialist – Trainer, I redesigned onboarding and training materials for new Lock Desk Specialists, significantly reducing onboarding errors. I managed interest rate locks and served as an escalation point for complex pricing and compliance issues.
Earlier, I processed mortgage funding wire transfers totaling hundreds of millions of dollars with zero funding errors. At RSL Payless Car Rental (Avis Budget Group), I helped oversee fleet operations for more than 1,000 vehicles.
