I want a role where I can combine customer support, operations, and digital marketing—supporting US clients while growing accounts with SEO, social media, and ads. I’m at my best in ownership-driven, calm, fast-learning environments and I work well across time zones.

I’m a results-driven BBA (International Business) graduate with 5+ years of cross-industry experience in customer support, operations, and digital marketing. I manage high-volume voice, chat, and email interactions for US clients while maintaining strong satisfaction standards.

In my current role as a Digital Marketing Executive (remote), I run social media for consistent brand engagement, optimize Google Business Profiles for local visibility, and execute Off-Page & Local SEO to improve organic rankings. I also run basic Meta and Google Ads campaigns, monitoring performance and reporting results to stakeholders.
